Evidence / context
Evidence: Limited. Often used for skin, hair, and recovery-oriented protocols.
Available vial formats
U-100 conversion:
50 mg / 3.0 mL = 16.67 mg/mL
1 mg = 6 units per injection
2 mg = 12 units per injection
3 mg = 18 units per injection
4 mg = 24 units per injection
5 mg = 30 units per injection
- Conservative 1-2 mg once daily (6-12 units per injection)
- Standard 2-3 mg once daily (12-18 units per injection)
- Aggressive 4-5 mg once daily short-term only (24-30 units per injection)
- Cycle length 12-24 weeks, then reassess
- Best timing Morning or early afternoon; inject slowly and rotate sites.
U-100 conversion:
100 mg / 3.0 mL = 33.33 mg/mL
1 mg = 3 units per injection
2 mg = 6 units per injection
3 mg = 9 units per injection
4 mg = 12 units per injection
5 mg = 15 units per injection
- Conservative 1-2 mg once daily (3-6 units per injection)
- Standard 2-3 mg once daily (6-9 units per injection)
- Aggressive 4-5 mg once daily short-term only (12-15 units per injection)
- Cycle length 12-24 weeks, then reassess
- Best timing Morning or early afternoon; inject slowly and rotate sites.
Reconstitution
- Swab vial tops with alcohol
- Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water
- Inject slowly down vial wall (don't blast powder)
- Gently swirl - do not shake
- Rest 5-10 min to dissolve
- Refrigerate 2-8 C
Dosing, cycle & timing
- Conservative 1-2 mg once daily
- Standard 2-3 mg once daily
- Aggressive 4-5 mg once daily short-term only
- Cycle length 12-24 weeks, then reassess
- Best timing Morning or early afternoon; inject slowly and rotate sites.
Timing: Avoid late dosing if it causes discomfort or sleep disruption.
Support / expected effects
- Collagen/skin remodeling support (reported).
- Wound-healing signaling support (reported).
- May support tissue repair over time.
Side effects / tolerability
- Burning/stinging at site (common).
- Redness/welt.
- Headache/mild nausea (uncommon).
Practical tips
- Inject slowly; copper sting is common.
- Rotate sites.
- Keep separate from other peptides unless compatibility is clear.
- 50 mg and 100 mg vials use the same biological dose range; vial size only changes concentration and units draw.
Storage
Refrigerated: ~45-60 days.

FAQ
What is GHK-Cu explored for?
Collagen/skin remodeling support (reported). Wound-healing signaling support (reported). May support tissue repair over time.
How is GHK-Cu reconstituted?
1) Swab vial tops with alcohol 2) Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water 3) Inject slowly down vial wall (don't blast powder) 4) Gently swirl - do not shake 5) Rest 5-10 min to dissolve 6) Refrigerate 2-8 C
What is a typical cycle length for GHK-Cu?
12-24 weeks, then reassess
How are doses measured in syringe units here?
Units mean U-100 insulin-syringe gradations (1 mL = 100 units), not International Units. Use the calculator to convert a dose into the exact draw for your vial and water amount.
